First unit was DOA thanks to FedEx literally dropping it on our doorstep. Second unit arrived in short order and all well. Windmill has best customer service I've ever experienced!

The Windmill air conditioner was just as advertised. Easy to install and does the job! Nice design, too, doesn't dominate a room the way other AC can.

I've had my Windmill unit for about 5 days now and I love it! It's sleek and chic. It looks my studio quickly and it's not quiet at all. I love that I can control it from my phone.

The windmill is elegantly designed and not bulky like a lot of window air conditioners. My only complaints are a rattling sound from the fan and it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be.

Easy to install. Looks great and runs quieter than anything I’ve experienced before. For cost lower than more well known commercial brands I’ve purchased previously.
