The AC saved me money this year which was already great but it started to make an odd noise and I was sent a new one no questions asked. Just really great customer service all around.

I am disappointed that it not as quite as I thought it would be. Installation was easy and instructions easy to follow. I'm not sure I would recommend it.

Got the recommendation from my neighbors to get a Windmill AC. I purchased the 8 btu unit and so far it has been great cooling down a couple of rooms in my house. It runs quieter than many window AC units as well. Happy so far.Tad S

I’ve had three windmill ac s so far and have been blown away by the customer service. If I’ve had the a problem, the response is within hours, not days and they have bent over backwards to fix it. Thanks Windmill!

I bought the Windmill 10,000BTU AC The unit is so quiet, that sometimes I forget that it is on. The room cools down quickly and desipte the price I would recommend it to anyone. It is at the top of the line.

Easy to install. Although an exact knife would be a better inclusion than scissors for the side covers. Quiet, easy to operate and does a great job cooling even on eco. Five stars from me!

It's very quiet and keeps our room cool even on the hottest days. Unlike our previous AC, it doesn't interfere with watching TV, we no longer have to turn the volume up to hear it.

Love my Windmill Air CONDITIONERS! I purchased 2 two 8K BTU Whisper Tech ACs last year. They work terrific, look beautiful and can safely and efficiently stay installed over my cold New England winters. Great purchase!
