This is the most beautiful and sleek AC unit I’ve ever had :-) easy to set up and it works so well. I love being able to turn it off/on with my phone so I can save energy while I’m away.

I need to return my air conditioner. It will not fit in any of my windows. I was stupid and did not measure. It is still in the box. It was not opened. How can I return it. I am so sorry and feel so stupid.

Outstanding service. Note this is a tech based company its all by email. However they respond within 2-24 Hours always. And replaced my system which had been damaged, apparently, by the shipping company.

Love the sleek design and easy install, also it’s much quieter than my other window a/c. That said, it never gets my room temperature below the mid-70s, despite it being the appropriate sized-a/c for a small front room.

Very solid product - however I didn’t see huge upgrade from my older air conditioner( 6 years old ) in fact it might be slightly louder - solid but no game changer

It took us 15 minutes to install…15 minutes! It’s priced the same as other ACs so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t buy this one with its sleek design, wifi control, easy installation. If you’re in NYC, this is AC is especially worth it.
