I love these underwear. The only brand I will purchase!! They are comfortable and I feel very secure wearing them! I've tried other brands however none are as well made as Tens for absorbancy and comfort.

The Tena Overnight Underwear came highly recommended to us. My sister was right. There have been no skin problems or reddening and any issues with incontinence have been dealt with without leakage.

Fits well, soft, comfortable, and keeps my Mother dry overnight. She's pleased. Tried other competitor brands and they all fall short of expectations compared to Tena Overnight Underwear.

I still have leakage sometimes it's like there was not enough paddingz in some packages if one does it the whole pack does it. I like product other wise.

This is the only brand I will ever use. Very absorbent and comfortable. It gives me confidence that I will not leak no matter what, within reason. Others seem to spill over rather than absorb. I have had others leak rather than absorb the urine. If I had been drinking Coke I will add a small pad as an insert to keep from having to get up at night. My sister worked at a nursing home and told me about how good they are.

From what I understand on the TENA website (NOT on the Walmart website/app), this TENA SENSITIVE product replaces a previous TENA product, PROSKIN Overnight briefs. This SENSITIVE Overnight brief has an absorbance rating of 7 "drops" while the Proskin Overnight brief has an absorbance rating of 8 "drops". This 1 drop difference in absorption has resulted in some very embarrassing moments in my life because the SENSITIVE brief does NOT provide me with adequate protection from leakage. This leakage has resulted in my wetting my bed and a chair. This leakage didn't occur with the PROSKIN Overnight briefs. NOTE %231: I am comparing apples to apples with respect to the amount of liquid causing the leakage. If the statement on the TENA website RE: discontinuing the PROSKIN Overnight briefs is indeed the case, I will not purchase the TENA SENSITIVE Overnight product as it is will continue to result in unwanted leakage and in my having to purchase about double the number of SENSITIVE Overnight briefs. I will purchase the PROSKIN Overnight brief through the vendors as long as they are available from Walmart vendors and do not become even more expensive as they currently are. Should that option no longer be viable, I will have to find an overnight brief from other sources. NOTE: I have already tried the following brands and no Overnight product provides adequate coverage: Depends briefs, Assurance briefs, Poise Pads, TENA Pads, Certainty briefs, Always briefs.

My 89 year old Mom has extra sensitive skin and has been displeased with all the other ( and there have been many) brands! I have finally found THE BRAND! She has been thrilled with how dry they feel and how comfortable and kind to her skin these are. Thanks for making a great product!

I have used the nighttime underwear by Tena for years. It fit up to my waist and was very absorbent. All of a sudden, the garment design was changed to a hip hugger. When someone who is incontinent lays down to sleep, any excess urine leaks up the back of a woman. The hip hugger design is for an upright person who is wearing hip hugger jeans and doesn't want her underwear to show. However, she is not going to appreciate her wet bed.

I have been using Tena Overnight Underwear for several years now. I find these to be more comfortable and reliable than other brands I'd tried in the past. While one of the two Walmart stores near me carry Tena pads, neither stocks this underwear. Walmart's on-line price is usually better than other suppliers, and turn around time is very good.
