I love this product,  its great for overnight, day trips, very absorbent, confident of no accidents.

These always fit my mother perfectly and are very absorbant. They also are always delivered right when they say they will be.

Great size and absorbant

They are soft and comfortable.
They work well with a pad over night.  The side flaps help hold in lliquid.

Tena adult diapers, I like.

Very absorbent and works well for overnight.  Stops any leaks, which were a problem with all kinds of pads tested.

The only underpants you can find that support overnight wetting for people who can't get up in the middle of the night

my mom tried 6 others and these she is keeping a little bulkier but she can sleep 5 hours straight that's amazing

So far these are the best overnight pads I have used. They clearly keep you dry, especially if you have severe urges.

these are a good product, so far.  they have a light elastic gathering around the crotch and fit well.  my previous ones sagged and leaked ( different brand)

This is the best underwear I've ever had on. It's the overnight sensitive and not only the most comfortable but also the most absorbent. Covers completely and so soft.

Anyone should try these arenas?!

I've tried almost every brand. I've even tried other labels within the Tena. These Tena Intimates are the one that doesn't leak. It's taken me almost a full year to find “the one”, I'm so glad I don't have to launder my sheets every day anymore!

Finally! One that doesn't leak!

The first thing I noticed was the new packaging, even though the picture that I ordered from still shows the old packaging. This doesn't usually mean much, but in this case, I'm afraid the product itself may have also been changed. These underwear do not seem to be as absorbent as they used to be. I was happy with the product before, but not at all now. My needs have not changed, literally from one day to the next, but unfortunately, the new ones just don't work as well as the previous ones at all. Sadly, I need the overnight absorbency, which is hard to find, and more expensive, but my recent purchase doesn't seem to be any more absorbent than the regular ones. I even checked the package to make sure I received the correct ones. The package does say "Overnight", but they certainly don't perform as well as before. I may have to try a different brand, as I am not at all happy with these.

Very Disappointed

My mother is very very happy with this product. She doesn't have to get up 3 or 4 times a night to change her pad so that it doesn't leak. The Tena overnight underwear do not leak which is quite a comfort to her. They are very comfortable, my mom has tried other overnight underwear which cut into the top of her legs. The sizing is excellent. But you do need to pay attention to the numbers when ordering this product. They are rather expensive but at this point seem to be a rather small price to pay for comfort and a better night's sleep. I would highly recommend them to others!
