I needed something forr my mother, who's incontinent overnight. These are the best for overnight protection that I've found. Very absorbent, and they don't leak, even when very full.

For my sister's needs, she uses both these products. She has more confidence in wearing these then several others she tried out. They're comfortable & easy to put on.

Use it all the time every day up to bed time, then switch to something else. Best one I have found for great absorbency and comfort. Much better then the brand names you see in the grocery store and advertised on T.V.

Although harder to find locally, the Tena briefs that i purchase for my husband, are a superior product, with less leaks. The overnight briefs in particular provide more security.

My wife uses them for incontinence. She wears them all the time, everywhere. She likes the newer, redesigned ones that we just purchased. They don't leak. We will continue to purchase them as long as she needs them.

I use the Tena brand Underwear because the elastic in the stomach area is not as tight as the other 2 leading brands. Also, the elastic on the legs comes down better and farther than the other 2 leading brands. Better underwear.

have used these Tena underwear size large for MANY years. something has changed. they are too small and feels like bikini design instead of briefs. bring back the old style!

They would be excellent for someone who is bedridden. They are the thickest I have seen. I have to have someone pick them up. I can't afford that kind of mistake! Mark them TAB TOP where it is viable.
