Briefs fit good but do not work well for overnight. Wake up every 2 hours to change so that leaking is not all over the bedding.

as far as I'm concerned these are the best diapers I've ever worn. there are no leaks they fit well and absolutely do the job whether it's heavy or light. for me it's heavy and this is great.

have used these Tena underwear size large for MANY years. something has changed. they are too small and feels like bikini design instead of briefs. bring back the old style!

sizing isn't sccurste enough. back barely covers your backside--the right side there are larger wholes whivh enables you to tea\r the brief before you get it pulled up

I take diuretics and have a weak bladder and this item definitely makes my life easier. The other brands are to narrow in the “pantry” area and causes leaky accidents.

They would be excellent for someone who is bedridden. They are the thickest I have seen. I have to have someone pick them up. I can't afford that kind of mistake! Mark them TAB TOP where it is viable.

My mom loves these overnight underwears! She mentioned them being really soft, wider coverage, and extremely comfortable compared to other brands. They hold plenty of urine and there is no odor. So all that is a plus plus for me and her!

I do like the Tena underwear. It is softer and kinder to my skin. the overnight underwear is absorbent. It could be augmented with an additional extra absorbent strip but they do have another overnight and it may have that.

They are great. I wish it was a little more padding in the crotch in the crotch was a little narrower otherwise they're fine. When you have to wear them, you have to wear them.

the absolute best. i've tried 4 or 5 different and teena beats them all. they keep me dry but they also cover my whole butt unlike all the other brands. they are very comfortable to wear.
