I wrote a detialed review of this product several months ago, all positive. I continue to use Overnight Underwear with good results, and still feel very postive. There is no downside. Get past your embarrassment about having incontinence and needing the extra help. These will make a difference!

WORST LEAKING ever for moderate to heavy leakers! NOT same as sample sent! Leg openings leaking as worst place, so BEWARE! I recommend a pad inside for extra coverage. Recommend if heavy leaker %26 want for daytime just DO NOT BUY! VERY DISAPPOINTED %26 DISCEIVED BY SAMPLE! They WOULD work if very light leaker! I can say. Padding in back good too for coverage for light leakers. Soft not scratchy. Pulls up %26 sizing correct. Blue threads across top means that is BACKSIDE, for information. Nice long enough Rise on them, for long waisted gals, no tugging in front area. Not bulky, bunchy or pinched up, but lays flat %26 comfortable. It is a SHAME, as expensive these are, the companies will not sew seams better at the leg openings were leaking happens. PLUS put more padding inside! They sell these liners to put in, ridiculous, put MORE padding in 1st place! PLEASE READ! OK for LIGHT LEAKERS

I have tried 4 different brands, and these are the most absorbent, most comfortable I've found. My only complaint is that the crotch is too wide, causing the elastic to ride down my thighs instead of the underwear line. This can lead to painful chafing if I'm not careful. Other brands were much worse in other ways, either fit or absorbency. I mail-order these, as they are not carried at my local Wal-Mart.

comfy. The horizontal seam across the rear is smooth and soft. the other brands I tried were hard, rough, and hurt my tailbone, risking skin breakdown. This product also nicely cups my butt cheeks. Others fit like a hybrid thong. This product also has a much larger and thicker area of absorption.

I have tried several different brand names and they all seem to have the same problem. They do not bring the padding all the way across the crotch area. It ends up bunching up in the center and unless you have it zeroed in, when you stand up and your bladder lets go, there is nothing there to stop it and there you stand in a puddle of embarrassment. With Tena Overnight, I do not have that problem. Their padding goes all the way across and their design keeps it from bunching up. Tena, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN TO SAVE MONEY. I know I pay more for the overnight than I would other brands, but if it keeps me from standing in embarrassing puddles, than so be it. Thank you Tena for meeting a larger woman's needs.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!

I have used this product for about 3 years and have been very pleased. I like it being shipped at the same time each month. Right now it is back ordered and I am a little worried it may not arrive in time. I have a hard time finding it in my size in stores in my area.

After trying other brands without good results Tena is the best. The quality supersedes any other brand. Recently I had to call to increase the auto delivery and the customer service is outstanding. Mom wears Tena overnight underwear 24/7 with confidence that she is protected from embarrassing accidents at home or when she is out of the house.

The Overnignt panties are so great. I feel so secure and when I know that I will really use them through the night. If I am out for the evening, I add a long pad to make sure that I am safe and will not feel any sudden flows. Such a relief to order online and have them delivered regularly and feel that Tena really takes care of me.

Always trying other brands because of price. Well as I tell myself why!! Tena fits and I want it to fit and feel like good old fashioned underwear. Not those bikini style, I'm too old for those and I don't like them!!!! Wish they could lower the price, but I'm tired of shopping around. Tena from now on for me..
