I have leukemia, and the medications that I must take daily have serious side effects. My joints are always painful and inflamed. Furthermore, I must sleep on my side due to a failed neck fusion. In the last twelve months, I have tried a mattress advertised as the best comfort. That didn't work at all. Next, I decided to purchase a highly advertised soft mattress with the same outcome. No rest, painful nights always! I purchased my Sterns and Foster Lux Hybrid (Soft) (LHH3) mattress in early March of 2024. From the first night, I experienced far less pain, slept better, and felt so very much better than I have in many years! This mattress is by far, the best mattress I have ever had and I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is very comfortable. It is quite tall and very heavy. When it arrived we thought it had a box spring built into it. But it did not so we decided to use our box spring. So our bed is pretty tall, a lot taller than our old one. I am about 5'5 and have to kind of hop in the bed. But I'm sure that will go down some in a short time. The mattress has a pillow top that is very thick and comfortable.

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. Your body is surrounded by softness and irresistible comfort. I was able to fall asleep quickly and had a deep sleep throughout the night. Not once did I wake up with any aches or discomfort. Zero soreness in the morning. Waking up refreshed is an amazing feeling. I'm in love with the dark color of the mattress as well. This mattress reminds me of the luxury mattresses that are in five star hotels.

We tried so many mattresses before our last purchase, and thought we loved the one we chose. But once it was home, it felt like something completely different - in the worst ways. We tolerated it for a while because we'd paid so much for it. But it was time for a new mattress. Enter the Stearns and Foster Lux Hybrid mattress. I wasn't sure how it would feel since we didn't test it first. But it well exceeded all of my expectations. It's beautiful to look at and to sleep on. It has just the right amount of plushness and firmness. It doesn't sleep hot at all, which was a concern for us. Our regular queen sheets fit perfectly. We don't need a mattress topper! I would buy this mattress again! Highly recommend!

My husband and I are absolutely blown away by the quality of this product. We knew we needed a new mattress, but have been trying to hold out as long as we could (inflation ). After a month or so of consistently waking up in pain, with stiffness and aches that would last a good part of the morning, I had the last straw. We went to our local mattress store and we trialed several different beds. My husband and I agreed we wouldn't shop with price in mind, but instead we would shop for comfort. I laid on this mattress and felt like I fell into a cloud. It supported every curve on my body and suited me as a side/back sleeper and my husband as a side/belly sleeper. We still laid on other mattresses - unsure if we wanted traditional coils or if we wanted to get another all foam mattress. The hybrid is really the best of both worlds. We got it delivered and set up, napped for the afternoon and woke up for the first time in months without any shred of pain! My husband and I both have rheumatic arthritic conditions. The bed you sleep on is an investment. We have the soft, the medium was okay, the firm was too much for us. If you can, sample the mattress and you, too, will be sold on the superior quality of Stearns & Foster!!!

The combo of coils and memory foam meant that I don't feel my husband move at night. I was concerned about how big it looks that my sheets would not fit on it but the deep pocket sheets don't move an inch.

I love this mattress, and so does my back! I had back surgery and it's so hard to find a soft AND supportive mattress. I usually get either soft and not supportive, or too hard of a mattress that doesn't conform to my body. This mattress is the perfect mix between soft and supportive. The memory foam is immersive enough to cradle my body, but the coils catch my body so I don't sink and throw my body out of alignment. It's worth it!

Purchased a new S&F Reserve Med Tight Top Queen from a furniture store in July. Had previously owned a S&F from 2001 - 2008. It sagged terribly at about 8 yrs but neither the very reputable furniture company where I purchased it nor S&F honor the 10-year warranty. I did turn the mattress over as instructed. The salesperson whom I purchased my new mattress told me the new mattresses were so much more advanced and they will not sag. The new mattress was delivered at the end of August. I usually sleep in the middle but have a tendency to move a lot in bed and end up on side. I decided to go to bed on the opposite side of the mattress for a change. Needless to say that side was much firmer than the other. I am small build and low weight. I did not expect this new mattress to get somewhat saggy in less than four months. I do like being able to raise the head and feet at times, but I only raise the head slightly rather than using two pillows, I don't use it like a chair.

As soon as I unboxed my wonderful Pillow top mattress and didn't even put it on my bed yet, I just put in on my floor and I lay down on it for an hour! It was amazing!!! Not too soft not too hard, the level of detail for this mattress is insane! It's cushioning and colors options is gorgeous it's been a little over a week since I got my free sample, and I'm in love with it! It definitely improved my sleep and mood that I don't want to leave my bed anymore, I honestly have no problem staying on bed all day long now! And I thought I had wonderful mattress before this one, yes its expensive and with Pillow top but definitely not like this one!! I can't compare. It's the best free sample I ever got! I already told my friends and family, and I'm getting one for my guest room. I only wish I got the firm top instead because my husband doesn't like soft top for his back :(
