I did not know a mattress could make such a difference in a good night's sleep! When I wake up after sleeping on my Lux Hybrid I feel refreshed, energized, and rested. Before this mattress, I woke up tired and feeling sore. My neck and my shoulders would hurt from tossing and turning all night. I now wake up without discomfort. The best feature for me is the All-Night Cooling. The IntelliFlex™ Hybrid system creates hundreds of channels for airflow, that pull warm air away from your body while you sleep. No more waking through the night from being hot, which to me is everything. The quality of the mattress is impressive, and the level of comfort is amazing! I can't explain it, but when I lie down it feels as though it hugs the exact form of my body, which I love! I get the level of support I need from this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the opportunity to sleep on the Stearns & Foster Reserve Firm Pillowtop for about 20 days now and both my girlfriend and I are loving it. First I love the quality of the mattress and the thickness of it. It feels like the mattress is made of good quality and it's a brand name mattress. Secondly, it feels soft and firm but not too soft so it works out perfectly for any body. Before having this mattress I was sleeping on a foam mattress called Lessa and it was good but nothing like this. This mattress feels like an actual mattress and has the quality for a good night sleep. The support the mattress gives is by far best then the mattress I have slept in previously. I did receive this mattress to test however, my opinion is honest and it is a delight to sleep in. I cannot wait to have this for years to come so I can have a good night rest every night.

On 09/10/22 I purchased a Sterns & Foster "handcrafted" Lux Estate Hybrid Pollock King size mattress. I purchased the expensive mattress because it's promoted as premium brand with a "sleep worry-free for a decade" 10-year warranty. I also liked the 90-day sleep trial as I have a back injury and needed to make sure my back could tolerate the new mattress. Turns out I loved it. I loved it so much I convinced my parents to buy one of their own. Fast forward to 04/10/23. (Just a little over 6 months later.) The work that the "master craftsmen" did to stitch the mattress cover was coming apart. I filed a warranty claim and was emailed a response that tells me physical abuse and damage including cuts and tears to fabric aren't covered. First off, the mattress wasn't abused, and it wasn't a cut or a tear - the stitching was coming apart at the seam in multiple areas. When I called customer service at (800)697-3249 I was told there's nothing that could be done and was refused transfer to a manager because "the decision had already been made". This is not the answer I expect from a representative of a high-end product. Honestly that's the worst answer a customer service representative can tell someone who is having problems with any product. I purchased this mattress based on the reputation of Sterns & Foster. I told the rep that I was considering finding every single website I can that advertises this mattress to leave negative reviews because the Sterns & Foster website specifically sells this product with the marketing that it is "stitched to perfection". He told me if that's what I feel like I should do - then I should do it. I let him know that I would contact the corporate office first and give Sealy another chance to resolve this concern with my mattress. I'm really surprised that Sealy would treat customers in this manner. I took a chance buying an expensive mattress because I believed that premium products are better made and I also believed that I wouldn't have any issues, now that I do it's quite disappointing. Worse than disappointing, the marketing is deceiving when the website says that the 10-year limited warranty covers "all parts of the mattress". Fast forward and I feel like I am becoming The Princess and the Pea. After writing a letter & complaining directly to the corporate office my issue was sent to the warranty escalations team who authorized replacing the mattress. On May 18, 2023 a new king size Sterns & Foster mattress was delivered to my home and the other taken away. From the first night I could tell that the new mattress did not compare to the old one in any way. I wanted to give it a little time to see if my partner also felt the same way. I checked the website and realized that the Lux Hybrid doesn't even come in the Pollack or in cushion firm anymore - just soft, medium, and firm. I never received any sort of receipt or invoice from Sterns & Foster telling me what my replacement is, but the sleep quality is nowhere near what I was used to on the previous mattress. I absolutely LOVED the first mattress and If I had ANY idea that I would be sent a completely different replacement I would have sewed the stitching that was coming apart myself rather than send it back! After reviewing the website lately, I find the new Lux Hybrid mattresses don't have the row of microcoils that the first did when I ordered it last November and I believe this is the reason it feels so different to me - because it is made fundamentally different now. I am really surprised that the warranty escalations team would not warn me of the changes to the models before offering to replace the other. I feel like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place as the delivery personnel told me that the mattress they took away would be shredded. What a waste! Other than the stitching issue it was a perfectly good mattress and one that I would much rather have than the new one that Sealy sent. And it's not just that the replacement mattress is firmer; I can feel every time my partner moves, and its hotter - I have to kick the covers off at night when I am overheating. The other one simply had a stitching issue. Now Sealy has told me there's nothing else they will do as they claim the replacement mattress sent was identical to the first. What a cheap rip-off. I even purchased a new queen-sized Sterns & Foster mattress for my guest bedroom when Sealy stepped up and said they would replace the first. I wish I would've waited, I now believe Sealy has no intention of treating their customers right.

Mattress arrived defective and i cannot make it to the store near me i went to. I went through there warranty process. It got approved. But they refuse to send me a direct factory mattress from them. I dont understand how am i suppose collect on my warranty. If i cant make it to the store. I would choose a different company that is actually helpful. This is fraud .

This is my first experience with this brand, but it won't be my last. We absolutely love this mattress! It is very thick and I do plan on buying some deep fitted sheets, but that's not a big deal. Because it's so tall, it is able to offer much support. It's firm, but the pillow top offers just enough softness to be very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his stomach, we both have been sleeping great on it. A good night sleep is so important and comfort makes all the difference. We have owned mattresses from other big brands, but this one is by far our favorite. Even the material of the mattress feels luxurious and is attractive. It's obvious thought and detail went into making it. It was also a very easy and painless delivery. The service sent many updates and the delivery drivers were very kind. I will definitely be recommending this mattress to friends and family looking for a new one.

My husband and I are absolutely blown away by the quality of this product. We knew we needed a new mattress, but have been trying to hold out as long as we could (inflation ). After a month or so of consistently waking up in pain, with stiffness and aches that would last a good part of the morning, I had the last straw. We went to our local mattress store and we trialed several different beds. My husband and I agreed we wouldn't shop with price in mind, but instead we would shop for comfort. I laid on this mattress and felt like I fell into a cloud. It supported every curve on my body and suited me as a side/back sleeper and my husband as a side/belly sleeper. We still laid on other mattresses - unsure if we wanted traditional coils or if we wanted to get another all foam mattress. The hybrid is really the best of both worlds. We got it delivered and set up, napped for the afternoon and woke up for the first time in months without any shred of pain! My husband and I both have rheumatic arthritic conditions. The bed you sleep on is an investment. We have the soft, the medium was okay, the firm was too much for us. If you can, sample the mattress and you, too, will be sold on the superior quality of Stearns & Foster!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually purchase firm to medium firm mattresses because soft mattresses in the past have been lacking in support. I was really surprised with the Stearns & Foster Reserve Soft Pillowtop. First, it's the thickest mattress I've ever slept on. Do buy deep fitted sheets to cover this. Second, it's not bouncy. My husband getting in bed next to me barely affected my side of the bed. Lastly, it's incredibly soft, but I am supported and slept comfortably. Because I never trust soft mattresses to h support me when I'm sleeping, I would not have picked this out in the store. This trial has changed my mind. This mattress is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone, even those who are used to sleeping on firm mattresses.

We got the mattress for less than a year and its already sagging. We have tried to communicate with the service department and all they refused to exchange the mattress because its not curvy enough. This is ridiculous and its causing psychological issues that we cant even fall asleep properly. We are so disappointed in both the quality of the mattress and the service!

I knew this would be the best mattress in the store, but was I willing to fork over what it cost? Took me 4 years to be completely fed up with current mattress and take the jump. I should have done it sooner- first night on the mattress was unexpected comfort. Rested in the morning, very few turn overs in the night. No back pain and no stiffness. I have the firm, but it is more like a medium and it's perfect. It does have a chemical smell that I expect to go away soon- I don't care- it's a great mattress.
