I have yet to personally try it out but I’ve tried other medication from this company before and they have been useful. The orange flavor also is good for cold.

My family seems to have caught a bug and it is kicking our butts. Thank goodness for Alka Seltzer Fizzy Chews! We don’t have all the symptoms that it helps but we definitely have a few of them! We have the onset of a soar throat, body aches and fever. These fizzy tablets have definitely made us feel better and have helped us make it through the day! I didn’t notice any fizziness but my son said he did, the orange taste is not bad at all but the after taste is not great, did not make my stomach hurt at all as some medicines could have that effect.
