My daughter had a cold and I gave her 2 fizzy chews she said she liked the flavor (it tastes like Orange ) They dissolve and fizz well and are easy to chew. I think this is a great idea, especially for people like me who hate syrup medicine. These are easy to take on the go no water necessary. Good to have on hand for the upcoming Flu Season. It's like taking 3 different types of medicines. It contains Acetaminophen (Pain Reliever and Fever Reducer) Dextromethorphan HBR (Cough Suppressant) Chlorpheniramine Maleate (Antihistamine) It helps ease the symptoms and you start feeling better on the Second day of taking these chews. These are very affordable and complete. I do recommend it to family and friends .

Helped me with running nose..body aches and cough. The way it fizzes up in your mouth was a little weird but nothing too bad. The only thing I didn’t care for was the sour medicine taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried these before hand, but this seems to work very well. I felt like I was coming down with a cold and I took some of these and it worked magically fast. However that taste is something different. It’s way way too orangey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can never go wrong with alkaseltzer, this was interesting, it was like biting into a soda? But I think that’s what I always like about this brand, the carbonation feels like it’s cutting through the yuck, getting it out of my system. There was no need to drink this huge glass of water, even though I think it’s always needed to feel better. Quick chew and go!

A great option for tweens and adults who can not swallow a pill and need fast relief for a cold. A little bit of a funky taste, but not horrible. Works fast, does what it is supposed to do!

The taste isn't bad either, love the orange flavor. The medicine works within hours, you feel better. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
