Great quality at a great price!

So, I have to admit, I don’t have a king sized bed! I actually ordered this 6 piece flat sheet set to use for other things….to sit on the beach or in grass, to use to cover up objects such as a convertible. Great quality for the price!

Great sheets for short term stay rental

Got 6 fitted, 6 flat and 12 pillow cases for a short stay rental queen sized beds. The sheets are perfect for this and because the sizes are generous, it makes stripping a bed and making a bed go about 10 minutes faster. No wrestling to get the fitted sheets in or off, the flat sheet is easy to center and drapes nicely. The pillow cases were a bit snug, but look great and clean. The best part is, because of the blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, they clean up easily. After losing a few $200 sheets due to guests being careless with food, makeup, oils, etc we realized this might be a better fit. Up charging a guest for basically $30 vs $200 and the fact that these are easier to get clean made this a no brainer. They also do not require as much wash or dry time to get clean and dry. Can also wash 2 sets at a time vs 1 because they're lighter. The time savings allows a bit more time for cleaning rooms more thoroughly. Always a plus when flipping a room for the next incoming guest. Not sure about the longevity, but I'm figuring about 2 years with every other week being washed, depending on guests, but certainly every guest change, so that's a pretty heavy wash schedule. Financially it should also be easier than taking hits on $200 sheets that can no longer be used because of staining vs $30 sets that don't stain as easily, they feel silky smooth. The feel is light because the thread count is 310 vs 1200. Guests haven't noticed or commented negatively, so we're good.
