What I live is it works. What I hate is how big and bulky it is. Is there a reason why you made it so large? It needs to be the size 1.5 by 1 inch like a smart watch

I only use the cooling for hot flashes. Previously had issues with the heat generated by cooling process. the comfort case mitigates this. Had a bit of trouble getting it on properly but excellent assistance from the Embr team!

A good idea to protect your investment. I scratched my case while assisting my husband putting on a car cover. The cover covers a few scratches.

The case does protect the wave. Personally I think less about damage with this on. It also does as described and the wave operates more effectively.

The case looks and feels great, but it blocks the bluetooth signal from the Embr Wave to the phone which is a bit annoying.

The comfort case is a nice addition to my Embr Wave. It makes it a little more difficult to push the buttons, but I am glad that I purchased it.
