I find it helps a little if I can use it as soon as I start to feel warm. I bought the new case hoping it would shield the warm metal hen I sometimes move my wrist. Bought the new cover thinking it would shield from the hot metal! But it seems to be purely decorative

The Embr wave works fine. But the comfort case immediately showed discoloration. It darkened within 3 days of ware. I didn’t expect that for a 20 dollar product. Although I will continue to keep it on my device because it does provide protection, It’s not as attractive as the first day I attached it to my Embr wave.

I love my Ember wave 2 I have had hot flashes for 13 years now & thus is the only thing that works. Best thing ever invented. I have already recommend this to a co-worker. For me it works perfectly doesn't take that long to charge. Plus I can use it at work 100% best item I have ever bought

Feels great for warming to get the chill down on frigid days as well as cooling the start of hot flashes. The new plastic protective cover is good accept that it seems to attract dirt. I love that it protects against a full blown hot flash! I wish I could get a replacement original rose gold metal mesh band, my first one had some of finish wear off. I do have other bands, fabric and vinyl but, not as nice as the original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me and I WAS SKEPTICAL I read up on it, paired it with my phone and played with it for a few hours diffent places on my arms. I used it that night and to my shock and awe I slept for 5 hours and my hand to God I couldn't do 2 hrs b4 this. I know my sweet spot now I have it set for all night cool 😎 he still says it's the best money he's ever spent !

I really love the Embr and the comfort case just makes it even better. not heavy like I thought it might be . It keeps the temps cooler plus protects from scratches and hitting on counters. I wear it all day and all night , only time I take off is for charging. only way could be better is if it was combined with smart watch....lol..thanks

Keeps my wave safe, and loved the rose gold color, however as soon as I wore a black sweater the color transformed to it and now it looks dirty. I have washed it a couple of times with no success. 1☆. I should have gone with the black one. The protection it offers is great no more cracks on the underside 5☆☆☆☆☆

It doesn’t work

I had problems connecting my Embr Wave 2 after putting this on so I took it off. I haven't retried it yet. I never was bothered by the heat or cold on the front of the Embr so it wasn't an issue for me.

I was so uncomfortable with my hot flashes. They also put me in a bad mood so everyone knew to go away. Can't take meds for them. Even sleep in it. Flash starts. It hit button. Flash gone. I love it.
