We pre-cooled the cooler before we added water bottles and 10 lbs. of ice. The ice was fully melted by 12 hrs. Drained that out and added another 10 lbs. of ice. Ice was melted again within 12 hours. This was in the shade and on 75 degree days.

Very bad hand won't lock nice design but it wont keep cool like advertised probably just for a couple of hours2-4 so dont expect more than that. Hopefully they can improve it and make them like before..

I put a 16 lb bag of ice in this when I bought it along with just a few drinks and food. Put it in my house, and the next morning it was mostly water. It will probably be returned!

Cooler looks nice and sleek, however the rolling handle got stuck the first time we used it. Now it gets stuck every time we attempt to use it and is such a headache to get the handle back down. Would not recommend.

I too filled with a 20 lb bag of ice. The cooler maybe held ice for 12-14 hours. The only good thing was the water release spout at bottom. Also, the handle sticks going up an down. I will be returning and do not recommend for purchase..

This cooler is advertised as keeps cold for 4 days and it doesn't even keep ice for 12 hours. Very disappointing for the igloo brand. The handle doesn't stay up when trying to wheel it.

Used a couple of these for my daughter's brithday party, and they worked great! Kept drinks cold all day long in the sun and are easy to move around thanks to the handle and wheels.

Its a cooler for the day. Does good job of keeping your food cold. Dont know about the 4 days and really dont care. It not a fridge its a cooler. Im sure if folks want a fridge go by a 300.00 yeti. The wheels and telescoping handle are light duty. This is not a cooler for 100 degrees in the sun for days.

I bought two for my hot dog cart and the ice melts after three hours

I bought this cooler to go camping and was excited about “up to 4 days” for ice. My ice didn't last 24 hours.
