Handle didn't stay up so it was hard to roll. Also the wheels are too small so we were dragging it most of the time. And I agree it doesn't hold ice well at all. I iced beverages down before going to bed and by morning the ice was almost totally melted

This is a good cooler for the price. We use it for our boys sports teams. It fits perfectly in a car trunk and fits in the under compartment of the newer athletic buses (many coolers do not fit under the bus well). The handle does tend to stick. It doesn't keep ice for days, but it will keep the water/Gatorade nice and cold for a day or two.

This looks exactly like the Igloo cooler that I ordered from Sam's about 3 years ago except that mine is all white. The telescoping handle has never operated smoothly on mine and is now jammed in an upright position preventing you from being able to open the lid all the way. We can still use it but inconvenient.

Purchased this cooler over a year ago. It had been used many times. It will not hold a 10lb bag of ice and cold drinks for more than 2 hours. It's been stored in an air conditioned house with ice and it still melts within a couple house. The handle is also stuck in the up position. I thought it was a bargain but it's just a waste of money.

It seems well constructed, in general, and the color is very attractive. That's all I can say that is good about this cooler. Ice, in the cooler, on a mild day (70s-80s), might last 10 hours. We would almost be better off leaving everything in shopping bags and putting ice in the bags. Seriously! It pulls great as long as you are on a flat even surface. You can forget it being pulled easily over short grass or gravel. Absolutely, hands down is the worst cooler I've ever owned! We've owned it for about 2 months. I wish I could get my money back because it was a worthless purchase. I assumed since it was Igloo cooler, it would have been decent quality... nope!

Junk won't even hold ice in 45 degree weather taking it back

I bought this cooler this week and used it today. It bottoms out at every little bump, wheels are too small in diameter. The handle is flimsy.

Very bad hand won't lock nice design but it wont keep cool like advertised probably just for a couple of hours2-4 so dont expect more than that. Hopefully they can improve it and make them like before..

We pre-cooled the cooler before we added water bottles and 10 lbs. of ice. The ice was fully melted by 12 hrs. Drained that out and added another 10 lbs. of ice. Ice was melted again within 12 hours. This was in the shade and on 75 degree days.
