Great weekend cooler

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Used home made ice because store bought never lasts long I filled it at 1230pm and I used all cold things on it including 3 Xtra large bags of frozen food. By 10am the next morning all ice was pretty much water So very disappointed. Says it lasts for 4 days. No possible way. Also had it in a shady area and was not gone into often.. My daughter also bought one same problem plus after she emptied and dried out,you couldn't see but hear water swishing in-between the walls of cooler. So sad was always told Igloo was a great cooler.

It is cheap period! The handle is flimsy and Will start to stick and break!! Won't keep ice even close to a day outside. The wheels are small and close to the ground. The drain hole is high, so you have to hold the cooler tilted back so it will drain. Spend your money on another better cooler not this one.

Didn't do my research before this purchase and I regret. The cooler itself is fine. A bag of ice will keep things cool for the day. Complaints are with wheels and handle. I purchased so we could move cooler around easily. The wheels are all plastic and after 4 uses /(5 weeks) the wheels look well used and I don't expect them to make it a year or two. the biggest complaint is the handle. It is perfect if you have short legs and long arms. Most normal humans will find the handle too short and that is after you fight to pull out and in. The retractable handle was a very cheap addition and after the second use, I fight with to get to retract. And as of yesterday when I used for the 4th time, It is now a pain in the rear to extend the handle. Coming on sale tomorrow and I would not recommend. Sorry Sams and Igloo but this is a not recommend from me.

I bought this for a 2 hour event this weekend. It says up to 4 days cold, after filling with beverages, the ice was completely melted before we left the driveway - on a cool July afternoon (74 degrees). Size is good, price is awful and sticker is misleading. Might stay cold in Alaska winter for 4 days, but this is same old igloo with new marketing spin. Mediocre cooler didn't meet expectations.

Purchased for a trip to Galveston. Tow handle wouldn't expand fully so we had to carry. Also, very difficult to collapse. It seemed to stay cool well enough but didn't really have enough experience with it for a full review. I'll return to store for a refund.

I am very disappointed in igloo. My previous igloo cooler lasted over 20 years, so when I saw this model in the store I jumped at the chance to buy it. Bottom line, the collapsible handle and wheels are awesome. However the main purpose of the cooler is to keep things cool and unfortunately this unit fails in that category. Ice would not last more than a few hours sitting inside our hotel room set at 70°. Incredibly poor performance and I returned it within a week.

I bought this yesterday and after a struggle to get the handle up so I could wheel it across the walkway, I lifted slightly up to get over a hump and the handle snapped and cut my finger badly. I do not recommend using it to wheel anything. Also should add the cooler didn't have a lot of heavy items, I lifted it down off my truck with the side handles alone.

I have tried to keep this unit filled ice packs and Frozen water bottles to my amazement I cannot get it below 48°. Fill in this chest with ice was waste of time for the ice took up more than the product that I wanted to keep cold. I travel 200 MI to my nearest Sam's Club and occasionally I take meat home and ice cream so I can have it at home. This cooler is a complete waste of time. Don't spend your money

My parents own this cooler. Their only qualm is that it's a tight squeeze through the doorway. (Like pushing a double stroller through a threshold) just a tight fit going through the ‘wide' way. They said they wouldn't purchase again for that reason. But the cooler performance in keeping items cool surpassed their expectations.
