My husband is 6'4" has back issues, we were visiting friends and slept over. He woke up the next day asking what kind of bed they had? Stearns and fosters is what they said. The next week we went and bought one. We bought this same mattress over 15yrs ago. Over the years moving we folded the mattress, which is a no no, but this girl stuck with us, the last two yrs, she needed to be gone, so we decided it was time. We ordered a brand new one and had to get the same one, because we know just how wonderful this mattress is. Worth every penny, and you will get your best sleep ever! Will never buy any other kind to sleep on.

This is my second Stearns & Foster mattress. We upgraded from a queen to a king and the only thing that kept me from doing it sooner was that I LOVED my mattress so much. It was at least 9 years old and was still just like new. It looked gorgeous, no sags, and I slept like an angel for 9+ years. I finally purchased a bigger bed and my best friend begged for my old mattress for her guest room. We ordered almost exactly the same thing (the product names had changed over the years) and we couldn't be happier. STILL great quality and amazing service. It's so pretty it's a shame to cover it up. And I'm still sleeping like an angel! This bed will last forever. Why are mattresses made so thick? It makes them too heavy. I have a king size mattress and I can barely tuck my sheets. Even my husband couldn't believe how heavy the mattress is. I used to be able to flip my mattress myself. Now I woukd need 4 stong men to do it. I think this should be considered when designing this product.

The mattress is a dream to sleep in and holds up very nicely to make a very sleep inducing but firm holding experience for my back and body. The mattress with the topper is a little thicker and sits higher than I imagined it would, but for the sleep I'm having I do no mind.

Suffer from a bad back. The firm mattress gave me the comfort and support needed for a good night’s rest. Just after one night, could feel the difference. Woke up refreshed. Wife says she hasn’t seen me sleeping this soundly in years. The mattress is absolutely perfect!

I have tried several of Sterns and Foster mattresses sets and within 3yearsc they tend to sagg in the middle and bulge out on the sides . The warranty is strick depth of sagg must be a certain depth with no stains on the mattress or they will not honor the warranty and you have to take photos of the mattress and send them for review. The whole process may take months before you are notified whether they will replace your mattress. Save your money You can feel lumps in the mattress hard to get a good night sleep on it.

Stearns and foster was my mattress of choice some 20 years ago. I needed a new bed and picked another brand. What regrets. I woke with pain all night long switching from 1 side to the other to try to sleep. I finally realized I needed to return to the brand I chose years ago. What a difference. No more pain during the night, no more pressure points keeping me awake. Love my new mattress. My husband, who wasn’t happy about making a new purchase and getting rid of a 4 year old mattress is so relieved we went back to Stearns and foster. My son loves his and my sister has just placed an order.

Our daughter recommended the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Pillow Top Firm mattress. We have not regretted it one day!!! From the first night we slept on our new mattress it was a dream! There wasn't any tossing and turning, it was super comfortable from day one!

Such an expensive purchase and buying mattress topper to try to make it more comfortable. My model type is not listed but I am quite surprised it doesn't have smooth consistent support. I expected so much more from the product as it is my previous Stearns mattress was far superior.

We were looking for a firm mattress in originally purchased a Beautyrest Black. Was very disappointed with it and sent it back and replaced it with our Sterns and foster firm pillow top. The difference is that with the beauty rest it was firm, but actually quite hard. After just a couple nights of sleeping, a divot formed in the mattress, which shouldn’t happen. The Stearns and Foster is firm, but the pillow top gives it a little bit of soft comfortable feeling. While the mattress does conform a bit to your body, The, divots in the mattress aren’t quite as noticeable as with the beautyrest. Pro tip: purchase your mattresses online directly from the manufacturer site. Delivery was a breeze, and you won’t need to pay a large return fee to a furniture store. Wish I had known that from the start.
