The installation instructions were easy to follow and the quality of materials is very good. I built a 8x6 deck and the grill gazebo fits perfectly on top on it. With the addition of the grill gazebo I'm able to grill outside in any weather.

Could not be happier with this gazebo. Thought I might have difficulty with assembly but the directions were very clear to follow. All parts were clearly marked. It was a blast and a great family project. What a great purchase.

Beautiful addition to our new patio! The gazebo is well made (putting it together was a bit of a process but worth it!). Color, finish, size (we have a gas grill and smoker underneath it with room to spare). Have not yet found stools for it but can’t wait to order some to finish it off.

Most painful warranty process ever. When we assembled the product, we found that the metal sheets for the roof were slightly rusted. I reached out to Backyard Discovery and what should have been an easy email process turned into a very long-winded email conversation. Every time an email gets sent, a different customer service rep responds. They ask for the same information that prior reps requested so the process is never completed. Send photos of the damage, send name and address, send items that need to be replaced, send proof of purchase. Then they said to resend the pics as they did not receive them. Another email to please send the address where to send the replacements. Another email to ask for proof of purchase. Over and over and over again.

We purchased this gazebo about two weeks ago, I’m very pleased with it. Installation was easy until we had to construct the roof. I think after framing the roof, the instruction should have you install that portion of the roof before you put on the roof panel, because it's so much added weight. I had to call a friend to help, because the roof was so heavy, and my small frame wife was no help. Anyway, we got the roof in position, and everything lined up perfectly.

I purchased this Gazebo approximately 1 month ago in July 2025. It went together very well and the instructions were east to follow. The only problem I had was the anchor bolts. Once I had completed the project I went to anchor the Gazebo to the ground. I made sure not to over tighten the bolts to the concrete. The next day when I went outside I found that 6 of the bolt heads had snaped off right at ground level or just below the concrete. This made it impossible to remove the bolts to replace. I had to get a different anchor bolt for the four legs. I went with another type and more heavy duty. Other than that the product is great and I look forward to having it for many years.

Great gazebo! Looks good and fits our space beautifully. Wife is extremely happy. Will watch to see how it weathers over time. Lessons learned: The instructions provide many opportunities to make mistakes that require disassembly and reassembly. Specifically, the instructions fail to provide accurate indications of top/bottom, front/back, left/right WITHIN in each step. It also doesn’t tell you that you will need two, three, and four people to perform some steps. The online and paper instructions are not the same. Backyard Discovery should assemble the gazebo and validate their instructions every step and sub-step of the way, and update both online and paper instructions. 12 hours is a pretty good estimate for assembly. Customers should be cautioned that the stained wood will most likely be scratched up during assembly. It would be helpful to include a small container of the stain used or at least the brand name and color.

We LOVE it. Great quality, and easy assembly. The customer service at Backyard Discovery is SUPERB! A simple text to let them know we were missing a piece (that we probably lost). Took approximately 8 hours to put together by my husband mostly on his own, I helped with the roof. We fudged the roof instructions and assembled the roof on the roof then attached the roof metal, rather than trying to lift the whole roof on top - it's VERY heavy - so you could do it by instructions if you had 2-3 full grown men to lift it up there. We use it as a gazebo on our deck. LOVE IT!
