This BBQ gazebo is perfect in so many ways. We purchased with online pickup. Everything is encased within two boxes. Instruction booklet or online website app made it easy to put together. It did take two days to put together, and you need 3 or 4 people to put the roof on after it’s built. But it makes a great addition to our pool deck. Highly recommend if you want a classy BBQ gazebo.

Easy to follow directions. Came with everything needed except for a drill. Impact driver would be preferrable. Would suggest putting metal on the roof panels after it is up rather than before as the instructions suggest, It is quite heavy without the metal and 2 people would not be enough to get it up on top with the metal attached

My wife and I was able to put this together in about 7 hrs. That's included taking breaks and lunch. The directions are step by step and very simple. Please don't be afraid to tackle this project! I bought this one and the 12×14 at the same time. That one took 2-3 because of the rain!

Instructions along with the BILT app..it was a pretty good experience. 2 people to put together and definitely a third set of hands to put the roof on. Plenty of hardware...just in case. Fits my large gas grill and my smoker, then some. Best of all...$899...a steal.

Very high quality. Put it together in 6 hours. I recommend if you are assembling this alone, put the room frame on and then attach the metal roof panels. It is well over 200 labs with the roof panels attached. This will make sense once you see the directions. If you have 2 or 3 people to help you, then just build it how they tell you.

I had been watching this for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. After I got it home I took all the pieces out of the box and organized them. I then applied a sealer/natural color stain to every piece and let them dry. Take your time following directions and you’ll be just fine. Now that it’s all assembled and up, it is seriously a solid piece and I’m so glad I did it!

Love this Gazebo! I have looked at this for a couple of summers in Sam’s Club for our top deck. I finally decided to buy, since they have the best price on this. Husband & I built this in one weekend on the top deck. The roof was the tricky part because you build the roof & put it on at one time. We barely had enough room to build it on the deck & took a lot of thinking & maneuvering, but we got it. The quality of the deck is amazing!

I have been looking for one of these for several years. I saw this gazebo at Sam’s for $400 less than everywhere else. I couldn’t pass it up

Very nice gazebo! We had to shorten the width to fit in between 2 windows against our house and that worked good. We really like the look and enjoy this gazebo.

Excellent materials used for the gazebo and expect many years of use. However, assembly instructions (initially missing from kit but quickly provided by Backyard Discovery) were extremely poor - part numbers for each step are shown but few descriptions as to how actual construction should be done. Plenty of hardware included but 2 boards missing for last step of roof assembly - didn't have time to wait for BD to ship parts, so purchased 1"x4"x12' cedar board at local DIY company and made it work). Even with lots of previous "some assembly required" experience, construction was definitely NOT "easy" as stated in on-line product description due to the lack of detailed instructions - too much time spent trying to interpret what the diagram was trying to show and actual actions needed. No mention on-line or in instruction manual in last step that manufacturer recommends that gazebo be attached to concrete slab or wooden deck that can handle the 410-lb weight of structure. Also, no mention in on-line description that roof assembly must be done on flat ground and that 3+ tall and strong people are then needed to raise the 150-180 lb roof onto frame assembly. It seems that with a few tweaks to the instructions, the roof assembly could be built on top of the frame assembly in a more traditional way of roofing a structure; had to hire 3 people to get the roof up onto the frame. As previously mentioned, expect many years of use from this gazebo and looking forward to getting started doing so.
