I bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas and it was an immediate hit! He absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to start using the different sauces. It was nice that the "passport" actually contained recipes giving ideas to use the sauces. It was packaged really well and I am so happy I took the chance on getting it for him!

I gave it as a gift and the recipient indicates that he really enjoys it. He uses hot sauce with every meal and cooks with it on a regular basis. It obviously was a great gift.

One of the bottles was broken when it arrived and sauce was spilled all over the rest of the products and box. I contacted customer service and was offered a replacement which I accepted. Days went by and I didn't get any notification of the replacement status. I contacted them again and was told the replacement was denied by the review team (I was never notified of that). The rep told me they tried to process it but could not. I was then offered and refund and was told I would be contacted via email with the updated info. I never received an email. So I had to once again contact customer service and was told again I would get a refund. This time I was given a reference number. In my opinion a weeks time and 3 calls is unacceptable customer service. I will wait the allotted time and check my statement for the refund and hopefully it has been done. That was my first and LAST time shopping Sam's Club.
