[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the mattress for 1 week, and it has been awesome. I bought a Lux Hybrid Medium King. The store warned me that it might be really tight and smell like plastic when it arrived. I did not experience either. I just to moan when I got out of bed in the morning, I never realized how bad my old mattress was. I have not had any ackey joints since I received the mattress. My only regret is I didn't purchase it years ago. Thanks for building such great quality products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Stearns and Foster(Reserve Collection Soft Pillow Top). We took a break and tried another brand and after a year were having restless nights. We tried a couple of online mattresses. We knew after one night, they were not for us and we returned them. We should have stayed with what we know, the quality and comfort of Stearns and Foster. First night was a very comfortable and restful night. We actually ordered online from S&F after speaking to a representative and felt comfortable with their return policy if we weren't happy. Delivery was fast and painless, other than they showed up unexpected(third party) after they texted our land line home phone. Stick with Stearns and Foster and you won't regret it.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress for my guest room. Every time I really struggled to sleep, I slept in there. After about 6 months I finally purchase the pillow top soft reserve for my own room. It has really improved my sleep and I wish I had purchased it sooner. The only thing I didn't realize is how think the mattress is...guess it will totally be worth purchasing deeper sheets too but I love it.

No more aches or pains in the morning. I had a S&F mattress years ago, tried something else in between. I will never stray from S&F again.

Since I have Ben sleeping on this mattress, I sleep well during the night and my back pain has reduced significantly during the day. Haven't had to take any anti inflammatory medications in a month since this mattress. Thank you Stearns and Foster

The support that it provides has helped us with our hip pain. Every night is like an experience I have never felt. I have never had a mattress that checks all the boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit that it was pricey, but I am glad I splurged. I was concerned that it was going to be too soft when it got here. Wrong! The pillow top is soft, and the mattress is firm, so no back ache! I slept like a baby. It is heavy and can be hard to change the sheets.

Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.
