Monster X6 All-in-One PA Bluetooth Speaker

Wow, we love this thing! We’ve played all genres of music on it and the sound is amazing! It was quick to connect with Bluetooth. We played with the lighting options a bit. It has a ton of connectors and ports on the back. It’s the size of a large rolling suitcase. The wheels and pull handle are a nice touch. We are super happy with this purchase

Big speaker, big quality sound for audiophiles

I was saving this for family backyard events but truth be told… grandkids are using it to karaoke and dancing in the kitchen to the party lights! I enjoy it daily as it easily syncs to my BT - and it’s BIG! I expected a medium size table top and got this whopper loaded in the back of my Jeep at Sams Club curbside. I had the teens carry it into the house, heavy! Love it!

It was a good deal for its price. Sounds nice when you play music from it. The only thing is that the Bluetooth connection kind of sucks even if you’re standing right next to the speaker is still has Bluetooth connectivity issues I start to hear static while the music is playing as if it’s though the Bluetooth connectivity is not good

Monster X6 speaker my review

I have the ION speaker that the X6 replaced at Sams's club and it is by far better. This one has more flashing and blinking lights but I bought the speaker for sound and not necessarily the light show. My main issue is that with the ION speaker I can select Bluetooth and it stays on until it gets unplugged. The Monster X6 has a power savings mode that shuts itself off.  Every day I walk into my shop and the Bluetooth automatically connects and I have music for work. NOT with the X6. The Bluetooth times out after about an hour then turns itself off. I have the speaker on the second floor playing out into my shop so this means every time I come to work I have to go upstairs and press the BT button to wake the unit up. After I come back from lunch, I again have to go upstairs and press the BT button to wake it back up. This is just poor programming from Monster. If there is no signal it should power the speaker down but leave the BT transponder active and once reconnected, turn itself back on. 
I've contacted Monster support but they were no help. They just copy and paste the instructions on how to set up BT. It's a nice speaker but it's going back to Sams.
