I normally don't eat gummy vitamins (bcuz of sugar) but I gave these a try. I have to say they are pretty good. I like that they don't have any artificial flavors or HFCS. They aren't too sweet either. It's a nice snack after breakfast. The size of the gummies and serving size is perfect. Overall it's a good immune gummy!

These gummies are soft and taste good. Its not as chewy as the regular gummy candies but more of a softer chew. It doesn't have any weird smell or after taste. The size is not too big or too small and they're easy to chew. These are supplement gummies, can't go wrong with them.

Not a bad gummy vitamin for immune system, especially for a store brand. Has decent levels of vitamins a, c, d, and e….as well as zinc and elderberry to boost the immune system. Gummies are a decent size and tasted good for a vitamin! My only issue would be that I really try to eat and supplement clean, and while this product has no synthetic dyes, Hugh fructose corn syrups, or artificial flavors, it does have 3g added sugar, and natural flavors as well as tapioca syrup and tapioca starch, my guess is all those ingredients are purely for the taste and texture. So if I wanted to go totally clean I’d still probably rather buy a healthier elderberry tincture of some kind, but these gummies are a fairly good option for on the go or travel.

I am not a fan of gummies so I’m probably a little pickier than others who enjoy them. I thought that the flavor is good, but I didn’t enjoy the texture. It felt sticky and stuck to my teeth. My husband tried one to see if he liked them any better than me, and he had the same opinion.

Everything was going good until it wasn’t. I started taking the gummies for a cold I was getting. I took it for a week then had to stop because I started developing stomach cramps I could not explain. It wasn’t that time of month so it was odd I was getting them. So I decided to stop the gummies and the cramps went away, but not before having some diarrhea. Sorry for the details. But I think you should do some research before taking them. It took me a few days to get it out of my system. I wish it wouldn’t have had that effect in my stomach because I do feel it helped with my congestion and soreness I was feeling from the cold I was getting.

We love the flavor of the Elderberry Immune Health Gummies. It's like have a treat when taking these gummies. We put them in our daily vitamin/medicine holders and they do dry out a bit as compared to using right out of the container. As for the health benefits, we've only been using for a couple weeks so to early to judge the benefits.

Just OK. They have a good flavor, just a little to sweet. It's probably because of the tapioca syrup. Packaging is very generic, pretty sure most people do not know what an elderberry is. They are all sticking together so you have to use a spoon to get them out. Really gummy, if you do not chew very good they will go down hard. Has a safety lid to keep kids out.

I believe that these help keep my immune system strong during the winter months. I am a teacher I am exposed to so many germs. Since I have started taking these, I have not gotten sick as much as I used to - even being around others who are ill. They taste great and do not bother my sensitive stomach.
