I assume these are working great and contributing to keeping me healthy since I haven't been sick or felt bad since I started taking them. I like the ingredients (Vit. A, C, D, and E and Zinc), which have been shown to reduce chances of illnesses. The Elderberry flavor is pretty strong. They are okay, but I don't think I would eat many fresh elderberries if this is what they actually taste like. I wish they were sugar-free, but they have 3g.

Everything was going good until it wasn’t. I started taking the gummies for a cold I was getting. I took it for a week then had to stop because I started developing stomach cramps I could not explain. It wasn’t that time of month so it was odd I was getting them. So I decided to stop the gummies and the cramps went away, but not before having some diarrhea. Sorry for the details. But I think you should do some research before taking them. It took me a few days to get it out of my system. I wish it wouldn’t have had that effect in my stomach because I do feel it helped with my congestion and soreness I was feeling from the cold I was getting.

These gummies taste great. Nice berry fruit flavor. It is one of the few vitamins I could find that don’t have gluten, soy, dyes, artificial flavors, corn syrup and not made of gelatin. Been taking for a week and can definitely tell. Of the other brands I’ve had before these are top notch and flavorful!

I have long been a believer that elderberry is good for your health. When I was young my grandpa made elderberry jelly, I absolutely loved it! When I found the elderberry gummies I was so excited! These gummies taste so good and I feel like they help with my chest congestion. I take 2 of these everyday and I look forward to eating them.
