Lots more technology than my old Oral B type 3728 professional from 2017. I would rate the toothbrush itself 5 stars. I have an IO9. The Oral B app I would rate at 2 stars. I don't believe the Coverage information that I am given is accurate. 85 to 85% coverage is NOT accurate. I have tried the suggested tooth to tooth and then breaking my brushing into quadrants and I am ABSOLUTELY sure I am hitting ALL tooth surfaces. If you use the unguided portion then all you get is the brushing time and overpressure. The best session score I have had was the very first time that I used the toothbrush. It was a 76. Tooth Coverage was 97%- time was 2 min 53 seconds and over pressure was 4 seconds. The session scores are NOT encouraging when so much is deducted for a SLIGHT overpressure. I bet there is not a person on the planet that can brush their teeth and not have a slight overpressure somewhere. I think the App was meant to encourage good brushing techniques but I find it to be very discouraging when I do my best to improve using the coaching tips and sessions scores dip or never improve. I would like ORAL B to look at coming up with some way to better score the sessions. Again accuracy of brushing using the guided portion of the App just does not appear to be accurate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The i07 black onyx electronic toothbrush is absolutely fabulous. I’ve never used one before, and msn was I missing out. I’m an avid brusher , and thought I had clean teeth, until I used the i07. My teeth where so smooth and felt so fresh. And the feather light gum cleaning setting was really awesome. And on a side note, I lost 4 teeth in an accident, and gave a partial, I font like taking them out overnight and soaking them, I wash them when I brush. Once again thought they where clean, then I used the electric brush. It’s like new teeth everyday.

I like the toothbrush but the battery only last about 6 to 7 days. So i have to keep charging it. Plus no indicators on that the battery is out of p[ower to it dies. Plus the black one I have is so hard to keep c;lean. Please help. On the good side when it works my teeth fell great,and gums

I love all the different settings and the timer its light weight so it doesnt even feel like I'm brushing its absolutely amazimg!!!!

I am the owner of the Oral IO series 9 toothbrush who is having a lot of issues with the app used by the product. First off, the connection between the app and the toothbrush has not been dependable. I have always been able to restore the connection, but records/opportunities in-between are missed, and it is frustrating to continually deal with this issue. The bigger issue, though, is accuracy. Lately, the app has been reluctant to record any brushing in the lower left area and today it wouldn’t register any brushing in this area at all. I watched the app carefully while I brushed this area without ever seeing a change from the color blue, even with changes in pressure and positioning. After more than three minutes of brushing I finally gave up and, of course, the app told me that I had missed an entire section of my mouth which was not the case. The toothbrush/app combination is a wonderful tracking and educational tool when it works, but without a dependable, accurate platform for the toothbrush, this type of high-end investment is not worth the price.

I love that it lets you know when you are brushing correctly by the color changing ring around it. And the timer makes sure you are brushing for the right amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my teenage daughter. She is a bad brusher and doesn’t know the importance of her oral hygiene. I just had to spend more money than I wanted to get her a deep cleaning at the dentist. So I decided it was time to invest in this electric brush. I love this brush because it learns the brushing patterns and is able to improve upon those patterns to create new habits. So far, I feel like after the novelty of the new brush has wore off, my daughter still enjoys using this brush. I am please with the results that I am seeing.

Even better than after visiting the dentist! I could feel the cleanliness all day. It is easy to use and has timers to provide guidance to ensure the cleanest clean. Doesn't take up too much room in it's charger/ base. Comes with a case so it's protected while traveling. The display is so helpful; it lets me know when brushing too hard or not hard enough.

The charging station is magnetic,and it has seven different settings to choose from depending on what type of cleaning you prefer. You can also connect it to your phone through the Oral-B app. It also includes a charging travel case which is a plus! Leaves my teeth and gums feeling very clean.
