[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most powerful toothbrush I’ve ever owned. I have to use the very sensitive setting. I like that it has so many different brush options including gum care to tongue scrub. It has a convenient case to charge up when not in use. Disappointed that it didn’t have a vent in the case and you have to separate the toothbrush to store it. I’m giving 5 stars because it’s my new favorite toothbrush and it came with 3 extra brush heads. I probably won’t use the app or Bluetooth function because I like to keep it simple.

The high price is ongoing - io heads are considerably more expensive than others- but should be justified by the app. Unfortunately the app regularly misdetects which portion of the mouth the brush is on, resulting in unreliable guidance on cleaning. Hopefully this will be resolved in a future update.

I am tracking my progress and have a brighter smile just a week after starting to use it. It has different options that are great depending how my mouth feels. And I am loving the pre programmed plans to assist you with what your goal is and it is changeable! The onyx color is very sleek and the carrying case makes it great to be able to use on the go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I am in LOVE with my new Oral B io7 series electric toothbrush! It has mastered the art of cleaning and convenience! The IO 7 has so.many great features but the smart sensor has to be my favorite part. I could never tolerate an electric toothbrush because I have a sensitive mouth but the super sensitive setting on this brush is exactly what I need! My husband enjoys using the array of different settings as well and we both love that we can focus on different areas of the mouth with all the different settings! Another huge plus for me is the quadrant timer! I need that kind of accountability and I love how this brush makes sure I hit every corner with the accurate amount of brush time! The IO 7 also comes with a quality travel case set up for when i take trips! The magnetic charger is also a wonderful amenity that makes charging a breeze and seems very durable and great quality! I cannot say enough about this brush except its definitely my new brush of choice!

It has an interactive display and smart pressure sensors to keep track of your brushing habits. If you have a newer model phone its really easy to download the app and get started. This is an amazing product.

I had been so hesitant to spend the money on an electric toothbrush because it seemed that I had been doing fine for the last 40 ish years. Well, I was wrong. Within 3 days of using my new favorite gadget, I can totally see and feel a difference in my mouth. There are so many features that I love about this product. My favorite is that it 'pulses' to send me a reminder when to change positions in my mouth. It perfectly times how long to spend in each quadrant and the precise amount of time to brush on a whole. There are different settings like for sensitive teeth or for gum cleaning and teeth whitening. The light ring changes color to indicate if I am applying too much pressure. So many things I never knew I was doing wrong! I have yet to discover EVERYTHING this can do (have not hooked up bluetooth yet!!) but I was so excited to share all the wonderful things I have found so far. I do not believe anyone would be disappointed in this purchase!!

At first I was taken aback by how strong it was but once I changed to the sensitive setting, everything was great. It does take some time to get used to if you are not familiar with the circular toothbrush head as opposed to the rectangular ones. There are several settings you can also customize. My favorite is how it lights up when you apply too much or too less pressure while brushing your teeth. The green/red light makes it easy to adjust the pressure you're applying while looking into the mirror during teeth brushing.
