I bought this to replace a competitor's model, and it seems to do a much better job of cleaning teeth and removing plaque. On the downside the app gets confused as to where I am brushing. I see no evidence it monitors 16 zones. More like 6.

I bought an iOS 7 toothbrush about 7 months ago. It has already stopped working. Poor quality?? I’m not sure, but I do know that I spent a lot of money for something that did not last.

My problem is the model I have is 3 years old. How do I change the battery> I place it on my charger and it does not hold the charge now. Thought I should change the battery.

I've just started using my Oi toothbrush but for the price paid, I can't believe it doesn't have a little plastic cap to go over the brush head when on the charger.

Motion sensor on toothbrush will continuously drain the battery when the toothbrush moves around in case or bag. Any slight movement will turn on display. Must charge DAILY which is very inconvenient for traveler.

Provides very thorough cleaning. My only concern is lack of accessories. The less expensive model, the iO-7 comes with brush head holders, how come the top of the line model, the iO-9 does not?

I've used a Sonic Care brush for many years until I spoke with a friend who switched to Oral B. My husband surprised me with an Oral B for me and one for him. I cannot believe the difference in the way my teeth feel and look.

This was my first time trying an electric toothbrush and I wanted to make sure I purchased the right one so I went with Oral B and just WOW! I love it, I'm never going back to a regular toothbrush again!!
