Overall, the brush is great and the modes are fun. The feel is good, and heads work well and feel like they are cleaning. Now, the BIGGEST con / negative aspect I have with the product is that the brush heads have 3 "air flow" holes in them (don't know the proper term) that while you're brushing, water and toothpaste can leak through. While leaking it travels down the whole toothbrush to where my hand holds it, so after every brushing session I have to end up rinsing the entire toothbrush and my hand. This is -really- annoying unfortunately and after almost every brush session I ponder returning the product. It works great, feels great, and cleans great, but the feeling of saliva and toothpaste running through the brush head holes, down the toothbrush and onto my hand, is really annoying...

Included in the box is the magnetic charger base and power cord, 1 brush head, brush head holder with cap, travel case and instruction booklet. This toothbrush is bluetooth capable via the downloadable app. and has 5 smart modes and a customizable light ring. I haven't tried the app features yet because I could only find the Oral B Fun Zone app for kids. The handle and brush head are very comfortable and I like that it has 5 different smart modes.

Why would anyone possibly need or want their toothbrush to light up while charging? Not a small light that indicates charging but a glow that lights up the whole room. There doesn't seem to be a wat to stop it. Toothbrush is fine for mornings but don't use it before bed unless you want to wait until the charging is done to get to sleep.

I purchased my Oral-B QI toothbrush few months ago, and while I’m brushing my teeth, I’ve noticed black residue that falls out from my toothbrush as I’m brushing. As I looked further to find out the reason I found disgusting mold buildup inside the toothbrush head and inside the motor cavity of the toothbrush. It’s so disgusting that I’m brushing my teeth every day with a brush that holds so much disgusting mold. This is a very poor design of Oral-B! I have used Oral-B toothbrushes for many years and loved them but don’t waste your money on the Oral-B QI!

I take tooth and gum care pretty seriously and it is- for real- a total “game changer”. First, and I have never said this about a toothbrush, but it is super chic. I have the onyx. It is a deep black, sleek, and expensive looking. It comes with two toothbrush heads, charger, and black carrying case for travel. Second, it offers you a superior clean. The two brush heads are different and I use the more gentle one. My teeth just feel clean. It was a bit weird getting used to, my gums did bleed the first two times- but now, it’s very normal. It’s quite a similar feeling to leaving the dentist, but without the grit from professional polish. The brush is Bluetooth enabled and offers a face for length of cleaning. If you do a full two minutes a smiley face appears. It also vibrates at a 30 second mark to switch quadrants. Third, it takes up very little space in my bathroom. I like the charging station, I don’t love it. I like things to be a little more stable and this feels like my kids can knock it over easily. Finally, this does connect to an app. I did not find the app super useful and ended up deleting it from my phone. It just isn’t me. I did, however, use the travel case it was pretty great. Overall, just a really superb toothbrush!

My gums are thoroughly clean and feel so much better. Dental Care at home and on the go! Yes a cool travel case that I can take with me anywhere! I haven't even charged it in days super awesome! Recommend highly! This is my 2nd phone lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one of these and it works really good. My teeth feel just like I was at the dentist for a cleaning. It works excellent. The charging station is small and does not take a lot of space which is really nice and it comes with a storage for the head. It is easy to hold on to and has a timer on it for how long you should brush your teeth.

I bought this about a month ago and find it absolutely useless. I bought it because I got braces and wanted to keep my teeth clean. The app is annoying and the settings won’t stay set. I wanted to use the super sensitive setting due to my mouth being sore from braces but when I’d try to find the setting I’d find it locked on the app and I’d have to perform factory reset on it. Tried to return the toothbrush only to be told I couldn’t due to no longer having the original box. I still had the user manual and inside packaging just not the outer box and still was refused a refund. I will never buy anything with oral b on it which has always been my brand of choice for toothbrushes. Oh well, I’m sure my meager contribution will not hurt them any.

Feels like you have 5 toothbrushes!!! I keep it on the whitening setting and use it for 2 minutes. I love that it gives you a little smiley face when you’re done. The longer you brush - the happier the face! Too cute. Getting ready for my wedding in a couple of months and now I’ll have nice white teeth for the pictures!
