I"ve had my OralB iO9 for 9 months and my unit stopped charging. I replaced the charger, still not working. There have been no accidents, or mis use. I've been an Oral B electric toothbrush user for over 20 years. My upgrade to the iOs models have been a bust.

I love all the features, which include a timer, to show how long you brush and a happy face, when you brush long enough, and a sad face when you need to brush longer. It does an excellent job at cleaning teeth. It leaves your teeth with a dental clean feeling.

Even better than after visiting the dentist! I could feel the cleanliness all day. It is easy to use and has timers to provide guidance to ensure the cleanest clean. Doesn't take up too much room in it's charger/ base. Comes with a case so it's protected while traveling. The display is so helpful; it lets me know when brushing too hard or not hard enough.

I download the app to my phone, blue tooth it to my phone so I can keep track of my brushing. I also love the fact I can change the settings, to sensitive, whitening, gum care. My teeth feel so clean after using. I know that I am brushing my teeth correctly because it also has a timer, and if you didn’t brush long enough you will know. It also comes with a charger so you don’t have to worry about having to replace batteries.

I like that it tells you where you need to do better brushing. The different mode options on the brush really help with what I want from the brush. My teeth and mouth feel so clean. I like that you can personalize the led light ring to whatever color you want. I’m very happy with this brush. I definitely recommend

It cleans, whitens, stimulates your gums, makes sure you brush for long enough...I am seriously impressed! It's bluetooth. too! You can choose the color of the light display, the language, etc. It gives you feedback on how you did. I really feel the difference in my teeth after using this. I am very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Oral B iO Series 7 rechargeable toothbrush in black onyx for myself a couple weeks ago. I got to say this is one powerfull toothbrush, after the first time i brushed my teeth with it i felt like i had a profesional cleaning at the dentist, my teeth where so clean.It has multible settings and programs. From language to density, length etc. i like the happy/ sad face after you brushed. The charger is magnetic and does a great charge. The travelcase is also very nice..The handle is easy to grab and to use. I am still trying to figure out the bluetooth part.I like the diffrent lightup pressure sensores.This is the best Rechargeable electric toothbrush i ever had and i highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked at how powerful this brush is. It’s a sleek design and has a lot of different settings depending on what you are looking for. My issue with it is that it won’t connect to the app. Not that I necessarily need it but for the cost of this brush it should at least connect to the app. The other huuuge problem I have is there is a space between the base of the toothbrush and the head. So as you can imagine all the spit and toothpaste that gets up in there and then once you rinse your brush off and come back an hour later and all that mess will drip down all over the base and charged. Not the most appealing. I’m surprised again for the money they didn’t find a solution for that space.
