[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush was partially charged out of the box, so I was immediately able to use it. It is a sleek looking toothbrush with a light band that changes colors. It looks really cool. The first problem I had was with the app. No matter what I did, I could not get the toothbrush to pair with my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, turning on and off bluetooth, turning the toothbrush on and off multiple times, and even factory resetting the toothbrush. Nothing worked. I finally gave up on the app. For the actual toothbrush, first the pros: There are several settings on the brush, including a sensitive setting, a regular setting, and a more intense clean. The rotating brush feels good on the teeth. It keeps a timer to let you know how long you have brushed. It doesn't take up much space on the counter, which is nice. Now for the cons: The brush shaft is TOO wide. While it feels good to brush, no matter what I do, I end up dribbling toothpaste all over me because the entire thing is too big for my mouth. I can't close my mouth around the neck of the brush enough to keep from dripping. This is a major design flaw in my opinion. The other issues is just a personal thing. The toothbrush keeps track of how long you brush and alerts you every 30 seconds so you can know how long you have been brushing. However, if you brush for less than 2 minutes, it gives you a frowny face. I don't know why, but this really bugs me. I guess I just feel like don't need judgement from a toothbrush! It could just tell you how long you have brushed. It doesn't need to make you feel bad if you don't meet some arbitrary standard. I know it's a little silly, but it is unnecessary and makes me feel like a scolded child. You do get a smiley if you brush for over 2 minutes, but again...this is unnecessary. Overall, this is a fine toothbrush, and if you have a large mouth, you probably won't have the issues I have. Just a few minor adjustments would make this a much more satisfying experience in my opinion.

Love the Sensitive setting but the brush head is too large for my mouth and teeth. Oral B needs to manufacture more compact head sizes similar to their older styles because more than half the population is female and some of us have smaller jaws; mouths; teeth. This brush head is just too large and scrapes my gums. Not a pleasant experience. Would love the new iO if the brush head was smaller.

The brush feels good but everything about the design is the worst. First is magnetic charging slight touch on a crowded sink will topple it off. Screen is pretty much usuless when brushing because we can’t see it. Also there is huge gap where the brush head fits into the handle and finally after the brushing when it’s placed on the charger the water will flow down and collect at the charging location. Not sure how this super expensive brush passed all the design flaws.

My dentist said I brush my teeth very hard, Hopefully this will help me with that. It definitely was an adjustment for me with moving my hand as much as I did before. But I really liked using it and I think it works great and does a great job.

This is the best brush that I've ever had. I had a dentist appointment today. The hygienist commented on my teeth the whole time. She said that I have the cleanest teeth she's ever seen. She said that she was trying to find plaque and couldn't. I was her easiest "cleaning" job she's ever had. She asked what toothbrush I used and was very amazed.

This Io7 device has literally improved my gym health and overall cleanliness of my mouth. It’s features didn’t impress me when i heard about it, but now I’m more than impressed.. I gave it about a week to try it and review it. All I have to say is take advantage of the feautreS. The case was sleek, the magnetic charger was innovative, and it looks and stays clean. Love it!

I didn't really know how much different one could be from another but WOW~ I am TOTALLY impressed by this! This toothbrush is lightweight, easy to use, effective, smart and quiet. I was actually surprised at how little sound this toothbrush provided.... I didn't think anything of my previous toothbrush being loud but after trying the i07 is a significant difference. I love that there are multiple cleaning settings and the smart screen on the toothbrush makes using this super fun. Comes with a travel case which is awesome! Highly recommend!

Doesn’t hurt your mouth like some electric toothbrushes. I absolutely love that it came with replacement heads. Charger works great, no problems with tooth brush coming off the charger

I bought this about a month ago and find it absolutely useless. I bought it because I got braces and wanted to keep my teeth clean. The app is annoying and the settings won’t stay set. I wanted to use the super sensitive setting due to my mouth being sore from braces but when I’d try to find the setting I’d find it locked on the app and I’d have to perform factory reset on it. Tried to return the toothbrush only to be told I couldn’t due to no longer having the original box. I still had the user manual and inside packaging just not the outer box and still was refused a refund. I will never buy anything with oral b on it which has always been my brand of choice for toothbrushes. Oh well, I’m sure my meager contribution will not hurt them any.
