I've been using this tooth brush for a few weeks and I already notice a huge difference in the cleanliness of my teeth. my hygienist actually also mentioned how much less plaque I even have!

I enjoy the different settings/brush features, and the fact that the toothbrush times my cleaning. I had the Oral-B Genius 7000 series and 5000 series for over a decade. I recently gifted the iO Series 8 which was meant to be quieter, more compact and have better battery life. I started having issues with the device after about 6 months. It would randomly switch off even though it showed battery level above 50%. I tried troubleshooting using instructions on their website which didnt help. I eventually sent it in for repairs. I was given a new toothbrush. After about 6 months with the new toothbrush I started experiencing the same issues as the old toothbrush. It would randomly switch off and need charging even though it was charged a few days earlier and the indicator showed more than 50%. Now I'm not getting assistance from Braun/Oral-B as my brush (even though its 6 months old) is no longer under warranty. I would not recommend this brush.

I will be getting another one for sure. I want to get one for my husband. It isnt too much and isnt loud. I cant wait to brush my teeth in the morning and before bed. I love this! I would defintely buy this if you are in the market for a new one!

It is easy to change between modes so both my husband and I can use the one that is right for us. The new black color looks so slick. The green collar light makes it easy to see that you are brushing with the right pressure.

I bought this toothbrush when it originally came out it is worth what you're paying for it. I run out of the headbrush and. Use the original oral b electric brush what a difference my teeth did not feel clean. I ran out and bought the toothbrush head I needed. I can't use any other toothbrush what a difference!!!!

Disappointing due to silly design flaw - the bottoms of the toothbrush heads are angled so they don't stand up. They fall over constantly - so your toothbrush head is forever laying on the bathroom surface. The bottom of the toothbrush base is rounded so it wobbles and falls over easily; if you have a small sink the toothbrush will fall to the floor over time and the internal mechanism will break eventually. I regret purchasing; way too expensive for such a silly design flaw.

Having worn braces, I now have two permanent retainers. This toothbrush reaches between the retainer and my teeth and makes them feel so clean. All of the different settings are what sold me on it, and being able to switch between settings while brushing makes a world of difference! Having a toothbrush that lets me know if I’m brushing too hard or if I’m not brushing long enough, helps immensely! It’s beautifully designed and the travel case is the cherry on top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get the Oral-B black onyx toothbrush, always wanted an electric toothbrush but good ones are always so expensive. I really like that it had smart settings, I tend to brush too hard and the soft setting was great. And because it has its own travel case I can take it any where. Just not use to the small round head yet.
