[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great tasting breakfast biscuits. However they are pretty calorie dense for such a small serving (one cookie). They are a balance of flavors, not too sweet. Not gritty like granola bars and protein bars. But one cookie does not fill me up for breakfast. I believe they are 180 calories each so I just couldn't indulge myself the way I would have liked. But if you can afford to eat any amount of calories because you are either training for a marathon, or are extremely active, go ahead and eat two. Me? I'm using them as a dessert

It's not too sweet, the taste is just right and not too hard to bite unlike some from other brand that too crunchy and hard to bite. This biscuits is good for me because I have to avoid hard, salty and crunchy foods due to being diagnosed with parotitis. Also knowing that this is organic, non-gmo verified, low sugar and has protein, fiber and iron are a plus! If you are looking for a yummy and healthy biscuits you should try this brand!

I thought the flavor was truly amazing as they were not overwhelmingly sweet and yet still very satisfying and a bit less guilt to eating more then one, lol!
