I will however be giving the rest of my box to a diabetic family member as the ingredients and nutritional content is perfect as a snack for diabetics. #trynatural

The dark chocolate flavor is not too sweet which I enjoy and it also does not taste artificial like some breakfast bars can. I highly recommend for you to try this breakfast biscuit!

I loved reading the box and finding out that the grains in the product come from Ancient Greece and how it's related to a duet that was suppose to make them strong. I really that the grains would taste odd but paired with the dark chocolate it just tasted like a bittersweet Milano cookie. For a breakfast biscuit this exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone who likes eating breakfast biscuits or someone who wants a tasty healthier option on the go in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this biscuit was very good! It was filling and would be a great on-the-go breakfast. The filling was very tasty, even being low sugar. The low sugar content is one of my favorite things about the bar and still gave me the satisfaction of eating a sweeter sandwich cookie! One of the things we really liked about these was that the filling didn't squish out the other side when you take a bite. They are a little expensive per sandwich, though.
