They are great to pack in a lunchbox or purse, but they do crumble a lot when you're eating them and can be crushed easily if packed with other items. The flavor is good but not the best.

They are small enuf so that if you aren't that hungry you can just eat one or two and be satisfied. I would try other flavors.
