It is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The chocolate is rich and somewhat overpowers the biscuit. It is a healthy snack but the flavors are not child-friendly.

The sandwich cookie is a little chalky and dry, and I think two thinner sandwiches would feel like a better portion size than the one larger one personally. It feels a little small. I feel like I'm having a dessert rather than a healthy snack. They are organic, made with healthy grains, nothing artificial and they're just sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. I highly recommend them not just at breakfast time, but any time you feel that "mid-day" slump.

I will certainly finish what is in the box, but not sure if I will buy again unless other family members enjoy them. The size and the packaging was nice. It does suggest to eat with coffee or even yogurt, maybe that would sway my initial decision, but on its own, it's kind of bland for my liking.
