The first time I tried them, I thought the dark chocolate was a little too bitter, and I'm a dark chocolate fan. The second time I felt they were delicious and loved them. Must have been having a bad day the 1st time!

I enjoyed that they are organic and are higher in plant based protein and fiber. The product is really good and has a good portion of chocolate in the middle. The only reason I have 4 stars is because you only get 4 to a package rather than 6 and they are a little pricy, but organic items typically are.

I like the fact too that it is a plant based sandwich biscuit. However, it has 180 calories per sandwich, has high fats and less dietary fiber.

The dark chocolate was not too bitter and pairs well with cookie. Will be looking to buy these again in the future.
