The taste is great, the texture and crunch is great, and I cannot wait to try the other two flavors. I also love that it is made with healthy ingredients, has fiber and protein, and is low in sugar.

They were delicious and you felt like you were eating something that is good for you, even though it tastes like a delicious snack. We tried the Dark Chocolate Sandwich and it wad delicious. I got them in the cocoa hazelnut flavor and like that all the ingredients are natural, and clean with no added synthetics or artificial ingredients. I also really liked that they were NOT overly sweet. Especially for a breakfast item, I do not like products with a TON of sugar since it'll spike my blood sugar and is not the best for you.Con: Even with the filling it is a bit dry, it's okay when you are eating it with a cup of coffee or tea.

I struggle with the label "breakfast biscuit" because it seemed like a regular cookie and definitely not a go-to breakfast item. Compared to my usual Aloha bars with 14g protein, these fall short with only 5g. I appreciated the whole grain ingredients.

The biscuits looked more gray than the pictures and were not very tasty. The chcocolate filling was good but could have used more to help flavor up the biscuits.
