[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife stole these to eat at work before I got to try any. She reported that they are okay to pretty good, and "it tastes like health food". She liked that they weren't overly dry/crumbly, and tasted good (not like sawdust) compared to similar snacks. **EDIT** she saved one and brought it home for me to try. The filling was deep and chocolatey, but not exactly chocolate... somewhat fruity and acidic. The cracker/cookie part was dry and to me, literally tasted like sawdust, and a little wheaty. It wasn't horrible overall, but I would not eat another if it were offered to me.

This was different in that it had a good chocolate taste and the wafer was not crumbly. Overall a good solid organic snack for breakfast or afternoon.

However, the product had too much chocolate and the cookie taste was muted, by the resonant sound of chocolate. I would definitely give this product a five star review if the chocolate was little less and the biscuit and the chocolate were in perfect harmony.

However, having consumed another name brand that has a higher sugar content for years, I found that weren't quite sweet enough for me. However, had I not had the higher sugar content populari name brand before, I think I would have given these a higher rating. It's hard to not compare them, though I tried to be objective in my approach to reviewing them.. I did like the chocolate option a lot! These are much healthier and if you're concerned about your health, buy these! I'm at a place in my life where I'm not making the best food decisions and it shows. I thought the flavor was truly amazing as they were not overwhelmingly sweet and yet still very satisfying and a bit less guilt to eating more then one, lol! Will be buying and hiding these from my spouse, just kidding! They are a permanent product placement on our grocery store list. Fiber, low sugar, organic, what is there not to love! I'm not usually a fan of dark chocolate because it is on the bitter side but I've been finding myself eating more of it. So this was not too sweet and not too bland and it was just right! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for new and yummy breakfast bars!!

While I enjoyed the flavor I wouldn't describe the chocolate as dark flavored it gave me more of a milky chocolate vibe, but still very tasty. I love that it is a healthier option when I need a quick option on busy days.
