Not too sweet and made with quality ingredients. these make perfect and healthy breakfast option without compromising on taste. Definitely recommend it.

Reasonable macros in terms of the sugars, fiber, protein and carbs. All in all, I enjoyed it and am interested in trying their other flavors.

My only complaint is that the cookie crumbles easily when u bite into it so not a good option for your car ride on your way to work.
