The middle being dark chocolate is delicious. I also love that it has plant based protein and is USDA organic! Love eating these with my coffee in the morning!

I am happy to say Olyra's organic breakfast biscuits are easy to chew and full of goodness! The dark chocolate is rich and sweet against the bar's healthy grains. I was reminded of cookies I ate when I was a kid except this is more of a grown-up version. Best of all, they make great dippers in coffee!

They are easy to chew and really quite tasty, which is great because I know I can enjoy them without feeling guilty. It's such a great snack on the go or for lunch boxes! It has a pretty clean list of ingredients however I wish they didn't use sunflower oil as it is inflammatory.

The biscuit is soft, and the texture and taste are similar to a cookie. I liked the biscuit but disliked the taste of the dark chocolate. None of the flavors were appealing, especially since they are marketed as healthy snacks for children.

I felt like the cookies were a little dry but the taste paired well with the filling. There was a bit of a strange aftertaste in my mouth after, but they were delicious! Also, the size was perfect for a snack, not too big but also not too small where you would still be hungry.
