It has a really delicious chocolate flavor between the sandwich. I eat them in the morning and they keep me for until lunchtime. This is definitely a product. I will add to my morning breakfast meal!

It kept me feeling full for a long time. Not only tasty and fulfilling, they have 5 grams protein, 4 grams fiber, and only 6 grams of sugar. I highly recommend them!

I liked that it didn't taste as sugary as other breakfast bars on the market. The bar had a nice crunch to and didn't fall apart when eating. Great for a car breakfast since you won't have crumbs everywhere.

I would likely buy these if the bitterness could be toned down. I may try another flavor if I find one at my grocery.
