I have read that dark chocolate is full of minerals and good for immunity and bones! It is easy to grab for on the run. I also used one for a mid day snack. I plan to buy these again and try the blueberry next time...good for antioxidants.

But the texture just didn't do it for me. I really don't like breakfast biscuits in general so I wasn't surprised, even though I was hopeful that I'd like them.

I definitely would be interested in buying the other flavors however for the amount that comes in the Box I wouldn't make a habit out of buying them because they are pricey and we are working on a very strict budget in my family right now.

The calories are a little high for one biscuit (180), but the organic nature of the biscuit makes it worth the extra calories. I liked how the ingredients are listed and all natural without preservatives with ingredients that I can pronounce!
