And the best thing about it (for me) it DID NOT GIVE ME A MIGRAINE! For anyone who suffers from migraines, you know that chocolate can be a trigger but I was able to enjoy this product and not get a migraine or headache of any kind. Definitely a win in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be a great on-the-go breakfast bar for me, I love that it is low calorie with organic ancient grains including lupine(!) My husband is a good science major so I had him try a bar. He said that his first bite was very pleasant with a little sweetness, not heavy and he enjoyed it as a crispy after dinner wafer. He liked the aftertaste and that the carob & cinnamon flavors really came through. I liked the flavor of the hazelnut and cloves. I also appreciate that the daily % value for sugar was clearly listed on the label. The actual flavor we tried was Hazelnut Carob.

The dark chocolate cream was very soft and creamy with a good taste. The biscuit itself was very bland that made the biscuit unappealing. For a big cookie and more fat grams then I am use to eating I find it is not worth finishing.

I am not generally that hungry in the morning, but in the last year or two have realized the need for the body to recieve nourishment at the start of the day. This usually involves a glass of V8 and some ki d of breakfast bar. I have tried many and this may be at the top of my favs list. It was absolutely delicious!! I opted to try the Dark Chocolate biscuits first (as if I even had to think about.) The cream was smooth and rich with flavor. The biscuits themselves were crunchy, but not dry with their own unique taste. I assume this is because of their unique blend of ancient grains, which included something called Lupine. These two components were combined with optimal proportion, which gave each bite an equal showing on my tastebuds. I think I am going to try the Blueberry Yogurt next. Despite the fact that they were the chocolate biscuits (which came with 6 grams of added sugar), they packed 4g of fiber, 5g of plant based proteins, along with small amounts of calcium and potassium.Finally, the company claims to have been stone grinding these grains for 5 generations and that all the grains they use come organically from a group of farmers in Thrace, Greece, one of the poorer areas of the country. All this really comes through in the quality of a product. They cost a little more, but it is worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Olyra Foods Organic Breakfast Biscuits were yummy enough to fool a very particular person into thinking they were snack bars -- like a treat, not something that is good for him. So that alone is a win in my book. These aren't the most affordable choice if you have a lot of people to feed but if it's a breakfast substitute it's a pretty good deal in my opinion.

I chose the dark chocolate which is my personal favorite flavor and it had a great taste. The cinnamon sounds good too but they did not have that one. I'm not really a fan of blueberry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So these are just ok. I would not look to buy them again. The filling was absolutely delicious but the cookie itself was very hard. There's only 4 cookies and the calories are very high. Plus the cost for 4 cookies isn't really very good.
