These are very comfortable. They stay put, and they don't chafe. I just wish they were a little longer. I also wish these were around when I was younger. I used up my vacation time because I had to take off from work the first two days of each cycle. I couldn't make the commute without leaks. Now I can use my vacation time for fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that I use exclusively always pads now, they seem to work the best out of all the pads I have tried. These overnight pads are great, I love the longer length for nighttime and the wings to protect your underwear. I can sleep on my back without worry of leaking and they are very absorbant.

I am not sure if something has changed with this product. I have used them for the past few years and for some reason, they have not been working like they used to. I seem to be getting a lot of leakage, especially overnight, I have to change them more frequent. My cycle has not changed, but something with these pads has!

These were my first pads ever since I first got my period and it never got messy! I wore the night ones during the day as well, I felt like the length and thickness were perfect. Everyone is different so I'd just suggest getting the size according to your flow but I love these!

These pads have been sticking to my underwear (especially the wings) when I remove them. And it is difficult to scrape the material off. I have had to get the underwear wet to attempt getting the sticky material off. I had one rip completely in half, exposing the internal material and leaving the sticky part stuck to my underwear. Gross!

I've used Always overnight pads for years because of the extra protection and I noticed this newest batch was different right off the bat. I believe they are using less material and they changed the description that used to say “up to 10 hrs protection” to “up to 100% leak free comfort”. So they are not leak proof, and not even close. I can't wear them for longer than 2-3 hrs without leaking through clothes, my car, and mattress. I'm up now at 5 am trying to save my mattress after lining it with towels to prevent a leak. Defeats the purpose of overnight pads. Really disappointed.

I have been using Always products for probably 15 years or more. Unfortunately with my purchases for the last 6 months or so I've been having problems with the pads....they've been tearing off at the wings and leaving behind residual glue on my underwear. This has damaged quite a few pairs of panties--the glue becomes enmeshed with the stitching and sometimes cannot be removed. I really don't want to have to find another brand after using Always for so long, but I can't keep buying more panties just to use your product. (It gets a little costly.)

I have tried the Ultra Thin collection but this one is my favorite. This product is thin yet absorbent. I like that it's flexible and longer with a wider back making it perfect for night time. The flexibility makes it easier for me to move around because I tend to move a lot in my sleep. It's crunchy but I don't mind because it molds to my body after a while.

These are by far the best menstrual pads I've ever used. They absorb super quick. I've noticed other pads I can see where my menses has leaked forward or back because it just rolled off the pad but with these you can see it's pretty much instantly absorbed into the pad. I'd say size two is best for a light or light/medium flow. They work well for a medium flow as well just need to be changed frequent about every two hours.
