This pad was OKAY for when I first started my period and had a medium/light flow But when i got a really heavy flow it was awful When I woke up one night the pads was totally saturated my underwear was stained and so were my pants an even my bed! It also bunched up in the back and the pad was just really uncomfortable I switched to always Maxi overnight and when I woke up the pad was again saturated but not a drop anywhere else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultra thin pads are really comfortable and discrete. They don't bunch up uncomfortably and I like that they are long to provide ample protection. The wings help keep them in place. It provided great coverage and dryness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always liked using feminine products from this brand Always and it is very comfortable to use and the product always stays in place.I like that this product prevents leaks and is great for anyone and works effectively.I love that it is extra long and covers any area of your pantie to prevent leakage.

I personally think this is the best fit for me and makes me feel comfortable and protected and I absolutely adore pads with wings it just makes me feel like is not going anywhere and that I'm not leaking or bleeding through:) definitely recommend for night time:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these in hopes it would help with my heavy flow days/nights. They cover further up the backside than other pads. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The only downside is that the part that covers the gusset doesn't line up with the panty. Please keep in mind there are real women and plus size women wearing pads. The wings need to be able to fold over the gusset and attach to the underside to prevent said leaks. They stick well outside of the gusset issue.

These are the most uncomfortable pads I've ever tried, they feel like hard scratchy plastic

Wings never get sticked with panty ..... I am always worried of my pad getting misplaced and making mess and happens a lot of time.

My body is very difficult once a month so other than chocolate these are ALWAYS there for me. HA Nothing else seems to work for my HEAVY needs.

Went fishing today with my family and was surprised when I was able to change the pad. "NO" leakage. Yeah! That's with a heavy flow on day three.
