I've been using always products since I had my first period, and I've almost never had an issue. I bought the overnight pads for daily use as tampons no longer work with me as I have a heavier flow. I found that I've had more leaks and ruined panties recently which is unfortunate. My clots aren't soaking into the pad so I'm just left with a mess when I go to change it out.
