I have had nothing but good outcomes using this brand. The Unscented Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings are perfect for after my first couple of days having a heavy flow. They keep you dry and prevent leakages. I would recommend them to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these pads. I do not like how they are slender in the back, instead of wide. I usually need more protection in the back of the pad. I do not feel like I am wearing a pad when I wear them. They are very comfortable. They feel soft and are flexible. I do not like the purple color design on the inside of the pad. They are easy to use. They protect me for many hours before I have to put on a new pad. I love the wings. The wings stayed in place all day. The wings work really well. For heavier flow days, I had to change my pad more often, but it still provided protection. It is ideal for light and moderate flow days. I would definitely recommend this product for all women. Since it is unscented, I would not recommend this product if you prefer scented products. It is easy to carry in your purse or bag. It is easy to take with you anywhere. These pads can be worn on any occasion and anytime of day. They can be worn while playing sports and exercising. They protect well while exercising. Overall, it is high quality product. It has good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings, Unscented I have to say they ate good to use during the day, but are still too short and not wide enough for me to feel confident when wearing them at night. I would recommend to someone who has lighter cycles to use for over night, but not for heavier cycles. I do like the wings, which wrap around to cover alot of the sides.

They adhere to underwear very easily, and I did not have any leaks while using them. I have a generally heavy flow, and found that these were perfect for me to use either on the go, or overnight. They didn't feel overly bulky, but I definitely felt fully protected as well, which I appreciate. They are not excessively thick, which can be annoying. Great product, definitely recommend!
