I have a heavy monthly cycle so I go between tampons and sanitary napkins and this is the brand I choose always for my cycle. Due to the fact that my cycle is pretty heavy I'll make sure to use overnight even during the day to avoid any accidents and they very seldom occur. I definitely will always use these.

I have a heavy flow and because it's not a very long pas I have to put three of these in my underwear. It is comfortable because of the fact that it's thin but they should be longer. I personally stopped using them because they weren't absorbant enough

They are not too bulky and have good coverage while sleeping. You can barley feel the pad when you have it on which is exactly what I have been looking for. I will be sticking to these pads for overnight use to ensure that I don't have any leakage throughout the night.

They are very comfortable to wear and they fit my underwear perfectly. I also like that there made so thin that it makes you feel like you are not wearing one at all. I was so amazed at how much they absurbed through out the night. I also love the wings on these pads. They allow the pads to stay in place throughout the night so you have no worries about leaking during the night. I am very happy with how comfortable and well working these pads are. There definitely a great product to use for overnight protection.

However, these were very comfortable for overnight, when you're concerned about having messy issues. I love the fact that those of us with a heavier night time flow now have the option of a thin pad that still does the job. I was getting so irritated by the thicker pads in my nether regions, because they would rub and irritate. I don't have that issue with these. They catch every bit of the flow without feeling like I have a diaper on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
