[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are exactly what you need for a heavy overnight. They are comfortable for an entire 8 hours as well or even longer. I prefer the unscented variety as I am not a fan of fake smell. I also love the ultra thin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try Always Ultra Thin size 4 Overnight pads with wings and I'm highly satisfied. These are perfect for nights but also days. I was able to sleep peaceful and with piece of mind with this product. I stayed dry and stain free thanks to the wings and absorbent core in the design. I would definitely purchase this band again and I definitely recommend this product. They were also gentle on my skin.

My heaviest days are the first 2 days. At night I would worry about any leakages so I use this one where it stretches a bit further back towards the end of my undergarments. My flow isnt heavy so I stay with the thin one. The wing definitely add more security.

They also stick well which is sometimes hard to find and don't get all bunched up. I am very impressed with these and will most definitely purchase in the future.

I love the ultra thin line of always brand pads. Pads aren't my favorite in general, much prefer tampons, but these ultra thin pads feel much less like a diaper than some other pads ive tried before. I also find that they stay in place and do a good job absorbing.
